🛑 Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations before the item is shipped or processed.
If cancelled in time, you’ll receive a full refund.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

🚚 Shipping & Return Costs

Customers will only be charged once for shipping (including return shipping).
No restocking fees will be charged.
